An Interactive Leadership Check for School Culture
Culture rarely slips all at once. More often, it changes through small daily shifts: more pressure, less clarity, more reactivity, less trust.
This self-assessment is designed to help leaders reflect on how their school may currently be experienced from four critical angles:
student experience
parent experience
teacher experience
leadership direction
Rate each statement from 1 to 5:
1 = rarely true
2 = occasionally true
3 = sometimes true
4 = often true
5 = consistently true
Answer based on lived experience, not intention.
This assessment is private and reflective. It is designed to help you identify blind spots early, notice where culture may be under strain, and understand where your school feels strongest or most vulnerable.
